This trajectory is aimed at helping you acquire insights and skills for guiding the self-regulated learning skills of medicine students in small groups, as well as during individual coaching meetings,  within a problem based learning setting. 

What you can expect during the course
The trajectory is offered on a just-in-time basis, beginning one week before the start of the academic year. The introduction day in August focusses on equipping you with practical competencies to confidently start working with your group, along with a solid but short foundation in relevant educational theory. The workshops throughout the year focus on the just-in-time addition of relevant topics (e.g., feedback, portfolio conversations, group dynamics). 

Who should attend?
This role training is obligatory for all new learning team coaches (LTCs). Please note that the LTC coordinator will also organize additional training and information sessions; however, these do not replace the faculty development training trajectory.
